FAQs

What are Zip Files?

1

A ZIP file is a bundle. It contains all the files from your purchase in one download (for example: audiobook files, an eBook file, or bonus content). You’ll need to open/unzip it to access everything inside.

What are Epub Files?

2

EPUB is one of the most common eBook formats. To read it, you’ll open it with an eBook reader app (like Apple Books or another free EPUB reader).

What are m4b Files?

3

M4B is great for audiobooks because it usually saves your place when you stop listening, and many apps can show chapters, so it’s easier to jump around.

Do I need a special Program or App to use these files?

4

Sometimes, yes—but it depends on what device you’re using.

  • ZIP files are “bundles” that hold multiple files. Many devices can open them, but some (especially Android) may need a free unzip app.

  • EPUB files are eBooks. You’ll need an eBook reader app to open them.

  • M4B files are audiobooks that usually remember your place. Apple devices can often play them in Apple Books, while Windows and Android may need a free M4B-compatible audiobook player.

To make it easy, I’ve included links below to free programs/apps you can use to open ZIP files, read EPUB eBooks, and play M4B audiobooks.
